Changeover day is Saturday, arrival time 4.00 p.m., departures by 10.00 a.m.. 


English caretaker lives 1KM from property and will welcome you and be available if you have any queries or need any help during your stay. 


Deposit of 25% at time of booking secures property.  Final payment is due 2 months before letting commences, a refundable security deposit will be taken with final payment, deposit is usually returned 7-10 days after rental completes.

A security deposit of £350. is payable with the final booking payment, this deposit will be returned to you after you leave the house in good order, either by refund to Visa, transfer to your bank account (the quickest method) or by cheque.

Payment Options

We have two payment methods, you can choose to transfer monies directly to our bank account or, if you prefer, we do also offer the opportunity to pay with Visa.  To use the visa option click on the link below once your reservation has been confirmed - the payment company does make a charge (2.5%) for using this service

Linens are included in the cost of rental - if you want linens changed during your stay then the cost is 10 Euro per bed. We do not provide linens for the cots.

Towels are included (for bath and pool) in the cost of rental - if you want towels changed during your stay then the cost is 3 Euros per person (payable locally) for a towel pack consisting of a pool towel, bath towel and hand towel.

We do expect that you will leave the house clean and tidy, to facilitate turnover of the house to new renters.  The security deposit is to cover breakages and also to confirm the the house, kitchens and bathrooms are clean and it is all left neat and tidy prior to your departure. If you prefer to make arrangements to have the house cleaned prior to your departure then cleaning of the house can be undertaken at an hourly rate of 10 Euro, discuss this with Steve and Trish to agree the amount of additional cleaning you would like them to undertake.

Electric usage is included in the high season rental, for out of season rentals usage above 280 kwh will be passed on to you.
